Common questions

The app isn't showing places near me.

Open the app, go to Settings, and make sure location permission is granted. If you set a custom location, switch back to "Use my current location." If you're in a rural area, try increasing the distance radius.

I want notifications when I'm near a place I saved.

Open Settings inside the app and turn on "Nearby saved places (background)." You'll be asked to allow location "Always" — this is required by iOS for the notification to fire when the app is closed. You can revoke this any time in iOS or Android Settings.

How do I delete my account or my saved data?

Inside the app, open the "You" tab → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, saved places, notes, and history from our servers. If you can't access the app, email us at norellixstudio@gmail.com from the email address tied to your account and we'll process the deletion within 7 days.

How do I cancel my premium subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple (on iPhone) or Google (on Android), not by us. On iPhone: open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Swipe to Discover → Cancel. On Android: open the Google Play Store → tap your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions.

I bought premium but I'm not seeing the features.

Open the app, go to the "You" tab, and tap "Restore purchases." If that doesn't work, email us with your purchase receipt and we'll fix it manually.

A place in the app is wrong, closed, or shouldn't be there.

Tap the place in the app and use "Report a problem," or email us with the name and address. Place data comes from Google; we'll forward corrections.

I'm seeing too many ads.

Premium removes all ads. If you're already a premium subscriber and still seeing ads, tap "Restore purchases" in the "You" tab.
